2. Information We Collect
Location Data
With your permission, we access your device's GPS coordinates to provide local weather forecasts, UV index, sea conditions, and nearby destination suggestions. Location is used in real time and is not stored on our servers.
Device Identifier
We generate and store a random device ID in your browser's local storage to manage your access plan (free, week, season, VIP) without requiring account registration. This ID is not linked to your personal identity.
Email Address
If you make a payment or submit a booking inquiry, we collect your email address solely to send confirmation and access recovery emails. We do not use it for marketing without your consent.
Payment Data
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or payment details. Stripe's privacy policy applies: stripe.com/privacy.
Usage Data
We may collect anonymized data about how you interact with the app (pages visited, features used) to improve the service. This data cannot identify you personally.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide weather, sea, and travel information relevant to your location
- To activate and verify your access plan
- To send booking confirmations and transactional emails
- To improve app performance and fix bugs

- Anthropic / OpenAI — AI assistant responses (queries are processed but not stored long-term)

We retain your email address and device ID for as long as your access plan is active, or up to 2 years from your last interaction. You may request deletion at any time.

- Withdraw consent for location access at any time (via device settings)
